2,整(zheng)板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整板開料(liao),精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,采用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,做到Sa2.5級(ji);
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量(liang)起(qi)重機端梁(liang)采(cai)用絞接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防(fang)止“三條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆采用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一次(ci)精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸(cun);
