承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)(zhong)梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型(xing)梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔(kong)方式(shi),應用數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重梁(liang)與(yu)承重梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,電動機+制動系(xi)統+減速器+行(xing)程開關四(si)合(he)一一體化設計方案,結構緊(jin)湊
3,小轎(jiao)車搭建有安全性鉤,防失(shi)控。
4,全部傳(chuan)動系統組織選(xuan)用無連(lian)軸器的立即I/O方式(shi),傳(chuan)動系統高(gao)效率、裝(zhuang)配線高(gao)精度(du)、免維護保養(yang)。
5,工(gong)作中級(ji)別(bie)(bie)為A6級(ji),防水等級(ji)IP55,H級(ji)絕緣層。防污(wu)防潮,提升安全(quan)級(ji)別(bie)(bie)。
