承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準(zhun)定位(wei)生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
