承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設(she)計方案(an),重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)(liang)與端梁(liang)(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整(zheng)個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
