3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富(fu)鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。

4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接(jie),保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
