承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位(wei)生產(chan)加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺(luo)栓聯接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
