2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由(you)數控切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端梁一(yi)部分
1,大噸(dun)數(shu)起(qi)重設(she)備端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式(shi),應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回(hui)精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防(fang)外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
