承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)選(xuan)用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配(pei)置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計(ji)方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護和(he)防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
