2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制(zhi)做,無對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力(li)、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
