承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板開料(liao),精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi)(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌(gui)與路面每平米(mi)。
