承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由(you)數控(kong)切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟(ruan)性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式(shi),應用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性(xing)有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
