承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方(fang)案,重量輕(qing),合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測(ce)。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消(xiao)地應(ying)力(li)、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環(huan)氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回(hui)精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和防(fang)外遇保(bao)護器(qi)(qi),安全性有確(que)保(bao)。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平(ping)米(mi)。
