1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設(she)計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富(fu)鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
橋式雙梁起重機端(duan)梁一部分
1,大噸數起重設(she)備端(duan)梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。

4,承重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設備(bei)構(gou)造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
