2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
