承重梁構造
1,承重梁采用歐式古典箱型梁機構(gou)設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整板開(kai)料,精(jing)準度高。
4,采用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處(chu)理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采(cai)用(yong)鏜孔方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控(kong)機(ji)床鏜銑床一次精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保證規(gui)格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)采(cai)用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
小車總承

2,減速機采用起重機專用型(xing)的H系列產(chan)品硬齒面減速機,承載(zai)力高,使(shi)用期(qi)長(chang)。
3,鋼(gang)絲繩卷筒采用厚鋼(gang)板生產短接軸方式(shi),并(bing)對焊(han)接開展無損檢(jian)測(ce);
4,動滑輪(lun)(lun)所(suo)有采用熱軋(ya)滑輪(lun)(lun);
5,起重吊鉤(gou)采(cai)用T級起重吊鉤(gou),材料高于(yu)DG34CrMo,單雙排布局,節省室內空間;
