承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控(kong)切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆(lu)選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應(ying)用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維(wei)護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度(du)(du)和精密度(du)(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣(yuan)設計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平(ping)米。
