承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精準定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端(duan)梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護(hu)和防外遇保護(hu)器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓(shuan)聯接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
