承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱(gong)度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板開料,精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧(yang)富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁裝(zhuang)有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設(she)備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與(yu)路面每平米。
