承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方案(an),重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊(han)縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜(tang)銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
