承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊(han)(han)自動焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生(sheng)產加(jia)工,保證規格(ge)精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁(liang)小轎(jiao)車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選(xuan)用軟性絞接(jie)方式;防止“幾條腿”運作。
