承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由數控切(qie)割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開料(liao),精(jing)準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方(fang)式,應(ying)用數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強螺栓(shuan)聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案(an),路軌與路面每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁(liang)小(xiao)轎車承重梁(liang)與承重梁(liang)選用(yong)軟(ruan)性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運(yun)作(zuo)。
