承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案(an),重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定(ding)位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一(yi)端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護(hu)和(he)防外遇(yu)保護(hu)器,安全(quan)性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接方式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
