承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢(jian)測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)(chuang)一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖器、驅動器維護和防(fang)外遇(yu)保(bao)護器,安全性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)(fang)管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案(an),路(lu)軌與路(lu)面(mian)每平米。
