承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比(bi)拼湊(cou)承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材(cai)料(liao)為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和(he)配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維(wei)護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強(qiang)(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管(guan)制(zhi)做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平(ping)米。
