承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板(ban)開(kai)料(liao),精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式(shi),應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度和(he)配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅(qu)動(dong)器維護和防(fang)外遇保護器,安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端(duan)梁(liang)選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管(guan)制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)案,路軌與路面每平(ping)米。
