承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做(zuo),無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢(jian)測(ce)。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方(fang)式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定位生(sheng)產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保(bao)護器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設備構造(zao)抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平米。

1,雙梁小轎車承重梁與承重梁選用軟性絞接方式;防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
