承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古(gu)典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設(she)計方(fang)案,重(zhong)(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置(zhi);
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)為(wei)Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護(hu)(hu)和(he)防外(wai)遇保(bao)(bao)護(hu)(hu)器(qi)(qi),安全性有(you)確保(bao)(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構(gou)造抗壓強(qiang)度和精(jing)密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管制(zhi)做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每(mei)平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙梁(liang)小轎車承重(zhong)梁(liang)與承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用軟性絞接方式(shi);防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,電(dian)動(dong)機+制動(dong)系(xi)統+減速(su)器+行程開關四(si)合一(yi)一(yi)體化設計方案,結構緊湊
3,小(xiao)轎(jiao)車搭建有安全性鉤,防失控。
