承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁組織設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料(liao)為Q235B;環氧(yang)富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案(an),防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)(hu)和防外遇(yu)保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯(lian)接(jie),保證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門端(duan)梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管(guan)制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方(fang)案,路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
