承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做,無對接焊(han)縫,比拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧(hu)焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總(zong)體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu)(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)(xiu)處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱(gu)轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇(yu)保護器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方(fang)管制做,車(che)轱(gu)轆為(wei)無邊緣設(she)計方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面(mian)每平米。
