承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊(han)縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)由數(shu)控(kong)切割(ge)整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高(gao)。
4,選用埋(mai)弧(hu)焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞接軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)鏜孔方式(shi),應用(yong)數(shu)控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回(hui)精準定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密(mi)度(du)和配合(he)尺(chi)寸;
3,每一(yi)端(duan)梁裝有(you)雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅(qu)動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確(que)保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個(ge)設(she)備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路(lu)軌與(yu)路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
