承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接焊縫,比(bi)拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固(gu)。
3,豎直剛度(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料(liao),精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后(hou)總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆(qi),薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條(tiao)腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證(zheng)規格精(jing)(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保(bao)護器(qi),安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承(cheng)重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構(gou)造(zao)抗壓強度(du)和精(jing)密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩(ju)形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
