承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控(kong)切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床(chuang)(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)(chuang)一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的(de)車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護(hu)和(he)防(fang)外遇保(bao)護(hu)器(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
