承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線路板(ban)開料(liao),精準度高。
4,選(xuan)用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性(xing)設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位生產加工,保證規格精密度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每一端梁(liang)裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動(dong)器維護(hu)(hu)和(he)防外遇保護(hu)(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端(duan)梁選用(yong)10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯(lian)接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度和精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
小轎車總程
1,雙(shuang)梁小轎車(che)承重(zhong)梁與承重(zhong)梁選用軟性絞接方(fang)式;防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,電動(dong)機+制動(dong)系統+減速器+行程開關四(si)合一一體(ti)化設計(ji)方案(an),結構緊湊
3,小轎車搭建有安全性鉤,防失控。
4,全部傳(chuan)動系(xi)統組織選用無連軸器(qi)的立(li)即I/O方式,傳(chuan)動系(xi)統高效(xiao)率、裝配線高精(jing)度、免維護保養。
