承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型(xing)梁組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱度由(you)數控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無(wu)損檢測(ce)。焊后總體拋(pao)丸除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理(li),超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿(tui)”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有(you)雙(shuang)輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇保(bao)護器(qi),安全(quan)性有(you)確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證(zheng)整(zheng)個(ge)設備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆(lu)為(wei)無邊(bian)緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與路(lu)面每平米。
