承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設(she)計(ji)方案(an),重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做,無(wu)對接(jie)焊(han)縫(feng),比拼湊承(cheng)重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數控切割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋(mai)弧焊(han)(han)自動(dong)焊(han)(han)、無損檢(jian)測。焊(han)(han)后總體拋丸除銹,消地應力、防(fang)銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設(she)計方案,防(fang)止(zhi)“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜銑(xian)床一回精準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱(gu)轆(lu)、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動(dong)器(qi)維護和防外遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯接,保(bao)證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今(jin)龍門端梁選用矩形(xing)方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面每平米(mi)。
