承重梁構造
1,承重梁(liang)選用(yong)歐式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織(zhi)設計方案,重量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整(zheng)個(ge)PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控切割整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用鏜(tang)孔方式(shi),應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定(ding)位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密度和配(pei)合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個(ge)設備構造抗壓(ya)強度和(he)精密(mi)度。
5,半今龍(long)門(men)端梁選用(yong)矩形方(fang)管制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣(yuan)設計(ji)方(fang)案,路軌(gui)與路面每平米。
