單梁式起重機的(de)構造特性
承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)采(cai)用歐式古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁(liang)機構設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理(li)配置;
2,整板制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫(feng),比拼湊(cou)承重(zhong)梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,采用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損(sun)檢測。焊(han)后總體拋丸(wan)除(chu)銹(xiu),消(xiao)地應力、防(fang)銹(xiu)處理,做到Sa2.5級;
端梁一部分
1,大載貨量起重機端梁采用絞接(jie)軟(ruan)性設計(ji)方案,防止“三條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆采(cai)用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一次精(jing)準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格(ge)精(jing)密度和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保護器(qi),安(an)全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁采(cai)用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構(gou)造抗壓強度和精密度。
小車總承
1,全(quan)歐式古(gu)典設計方(fang)案,合(he)理減(jian)少重量,提(ti)升提(ti)高室(shi)內空間。
2,減(jian)速機(ji)采用起重機(ji)專(zhuan)用型的H系列產品硬齒面減(jian)速機(ji),承載力高(gao),使用期長。
3,鋼絲繩(sheng)卷筒采用厚鋼板生產短(duan)接軸方式,并對焊接開展無(wu)損檢測;
4,動滑輪所有采用(yong)熱軋滑輪;
5,起(qi)(qi)重吊鉤(gou)采用T級起(qi)(qi)重吊鉤(gou),材料(liao)高(gao)于(yu)DG34CrMo,單雙(shuang)排布局(ju),節省(sheng)室內空間;
