承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重(zhong)梁選用歐式古典箱型梁組織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線路板制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固(gu)。
3,豎直剛(gang)度為1/800,梁(liang)端拱度由數控切割(ge)整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸(wan)除銹,消地應(ying)力、防銹處(chu)理,超(chao)過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選用絞(jiao)接(jie)軟性設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆(lu)選用(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜銑床一回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一端(duan)梁裝有雙(shuang)輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)和防外(wai)遇保護(hu)器,安全性有確保。
4,承(cheng)重梁與端(duan)梁選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半(ban)今(jin)龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管(guan)制做,車轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設(she)計方案,路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平(ping)米(mi)。
