承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕(qing),合理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接焊縫,比拼(pin)湊承重(zhong)梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度由數控(kong)切割(ge)整(zheng)個PCB線路板開料,精準(zhun)度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損檢測。焊后總(zong)體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防止(zhi)“幾(ji)條腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)準定位生產加工,保證規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每(mei)一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩(huan)沖(chong)器、驅動器維護(hu)和防外遇保(bao)護(hu)器,安全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍(long)門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米。
