承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計(ji)方案,重量輕,合(he)理(li)配(pei)置;
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫,比(bi)拼(pin)湊承重梁(liang)更牢固。
3,豎直剛度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數控(kong)切割整(zheng)個PCB線路(lu)板開(kai)料,精準(zhun)度(du)(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋(mai)弧焊自動焊、無損檢測(ce)。焊后(hou)總體拋丸(wan)除銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁(liang)選用絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾(ji)條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方(fang)式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑(xian)床一回精準定位生產加工(gong),保證(zheng)規格精密度和配合(he)尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙(shuang)輪緣的(de)車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外(wai)遇保護器(qi),安全性有確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級(ji)高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度和精密度。
5,半(ban)今龍門(men)端梁選用矩形(xing)方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
