承重梁構造
1,承重梁選(xuan)用歐式(shi)古典箱(xiang)型(xing)梁組織設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線(xian)路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料(liao),精準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選(xuan)用埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊(han)后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消(xiao)地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性(xing)設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作(zuo)。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)(tang)孔方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精密度和(he)配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用(yong)10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制(zhi)做,車轱轆為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與(yu)路面每平米。
