承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐式(shi)古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)組織設計方(fang)案,重(zhong)量輕,合(he)理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做,無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開(kai)料,精準度高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損(sun)檢測。焊后總體(ti)拋丸除(chu)銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超(chao)過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚(hou)鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富(fu)鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞(jiao)接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回精(jing)準定(ding)位生(sheng)產加工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度和配合尺寸;
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱(gu)轆、緩(huan)沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi),安全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級高強螺栓聯接(jie),保證(zheng)整個設備構造抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方管制做,車轱(gu)轆(lu)為無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌(gui)與路面每(mei)平米。
