承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重量(liang)輕,合理配置;
2,整個PCB線路(lu)板(ban)制(zhi)做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度(du)由數控切割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接(jie)軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿(tui)”運作。
2,車轱(gu)轆選用(yong)鏜孔方(fang)式,應用(yong)數控機床(chuang)鏜銑(xian)床(chuang)一(yi)回精準(zhun)定位生產加(jia)工,保證(zheng)規格精密度和(he)配合尺寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖(chong)器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重(zhong)梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選(xuan)用10.9級(ji)高強螺栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造抗壓強度(du)和精密(mi)度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱(gu)轆為(wei)無(wu)邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計(ji)方案,路(lu)軌(gui)與(yu)路(lu)面(mian)每(mei)平米。
