承重梁構造
1,承重梁選用歐式古(gu)典箱(xiang)型梁組(zu)織(zhi)設計(ji)方(fang)案,重量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無(wu)對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度為(wei)1/800,梁端拱度由數(shu)控切割(ge)整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地(di)應力(li)、防(fang)銹處(chu)理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅(xin)漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用絞接軟性設(she)計方案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔方式,應(ying)用數(shu)控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精(jing)(jing)準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規(gui)格精(jing)(jing)密度和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每一端梁裝(zhuang)有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外(wai)遇保護器,安全(quan)性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁與端梁選(xuan)用10.9級高強(qiang)螺栓聯接,保證整(zheng)個設備構造抗壓(ya)強(qiang)度和(he)精密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選(xuan)用矩形方管制做(zuo),車轱轆(lu)為無邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每平米。
