承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)選用歐式古典箱(xiang)型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度(du)為1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度(du)由(you)數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自動焊、無(wu)損檢(jian)測。焊后(hou)總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消(xiao)地應力、防銹處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端(duan)梁選(xuan)用絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方(fang)案,防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車(che)轱轆選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機床(chuang)鏜銑床(chuang)一(yi)回精準定位(wei)生產加工,保證規格精密(mi)度和配合(he)尺寸(cun);
3,每一端(duan)梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅動器(qi)維護和防外遇保(bao)護器(qi),安(an)全性有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強螺栓聯接,保證整個設(she)備構造(zao)抗壓強度和精密度。
5,半今龍門端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩(ju)形方管(guan)制做,車(che)轱轆為(wei)無(wu)邊緣設計方案,路軌與路面(mian)每(mei)平(ping)米(mi)。
