承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選(xuan)用(yong)歐式(shi)古典箱型梁組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置(zhi);
2,整個PCB線(xian)路(lu)板制做,無對(dui)接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼湊承重(zhong)梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛(gang)度(du)(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)(du)由(you)數(shu)控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線(xian)路板開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊自(zi)動焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸(wan)除銹(xiu),消地(di)應力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板原(yuan)材(cai)料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用絞接軟性設計方案,防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用鏜(tang)孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一回精準定(ding)位生產加工,保證規格(ge)精密(mi)度和配(pei)合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與(yu)端梁選(xuan)用(yong)10.9級(ji)高強螺栓聯(lian)接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強度和精(jing)密度。
5,半今龍門端梁選用矩(ju)形方(fang)管制(zhi)做,車轱轆(lu)為無邊(bian)緣(yuan)設計方(fang)案(an),路軌與路面每平米。
