承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁組(zu)織設計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理(li)配置;
2,整個PCB線路板制做,無對(dui)接焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢固。
3,豎(shu)直(zhi)剛度為(wei)1/800,梁(liang)端拱(gong)度由數(shu)控切割整個(ge)PCB線路板開料,精準度高(gao)。
4,選用埋弧焊(han)自動(dong)焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體(ti)拋丸除銹(xiu),消地應(ying)力、防銹(xiu)處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級(ji);
5,厚鋼(gang)板原材(cai)料為(wei)Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁(liang)選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案(an),防(fang)止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選用(yong)鏜(tang)孔方式,應用(yong)數控機床鏜(tang)銑床一(yi)回精準定位生產加工,保(bao)證規格精密度(du)和(he)配合尺寸;
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪緣(yuan)的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器(qi)、驅(qu)動器(qi)維護和防(fang)外(wai)遇(yu)保護器(qi),安全性有確(que)保。
4,承重梁(liang)與端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備(bei)構造抗(kang)壓強度(du)和精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁選用(yong)矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設(she)計方案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每平米(mi)。
