承重梁構造
1,承(cheng)重梁(liang)(liang)選用(yong)歐(ou)式古典(dian)箱型梁(liang)(liang)組織設計方案,重量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制(zhi)做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫,比拼湊承重梁更牢(lao)固。
3,豎直剛度為1/800,梁端(duan)拱度由(you)數控(kong)切(qie)割整個PCB線路板開料,精準度高。
4,選用埋弧焊自動(dong)焊、無損檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力(li)、防銹處(chu)理,超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼(gang)板(ban)原材料為Q235B;環(huan)氧富鋅漆,薄厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計(ji)方(fang)案,防止“幾(ji)條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車轱轆(lu)選(xuan)用鏜孔方式,應用數控機(ji)床鏜銑床一回精(jing)準(zhun)定位生產(chan)加工,保(bao)證(zheng)規格精(jing)密(mi)度和配合尺(chi)寸(cun);
3,每一端梁裝有雙輪(lun)緣(yuan)的車轱轆、緩沖器(qi)(qi)、驅動器(qi)(qi)維護和(he)防外遇保護器(qi)(qi),安(an)全性(xing)有確保。
4,承重(zhong)梁與端梁選用10.9級高強螺栓聯接,保證整個設備構造(zao)抗壓(ya)強度和精密度。
5,半今(jin)龍門(men)端(duan)梁選(xuan)用矩形(xing)方(fang)(fang)管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣設計方(fang)(fang)案,路(lu)軌與路(lu)面每(mei)平米。
