承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古典箱型梁(liang)組(zu)織設(she)計方案,重(zhong)量輕,合理配置;
2,整個(ge)PCB線路板制做(zuo),無對接(jie)焊縫(feng),比拼(pin)湊(cou)承(cheng)重梁(liang)更牢固(gu)。
3,豎(shu)直剛度(du)為1/800,梁端拱度(du)由數控切(qie)割整個PCB線路(lu)板開料,精(jing)準(zhun)度(du)高。
4,選用埋(mai)弧焊自(zi)動(dong)焊、無損(sun)檢測。焊后總體拋丸除(chu)銹,消地應力、防銹處理,超過(guo)Sa2.5級;
5,厚鋼板原材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選用(yong)絞接軟性設計方案,防止“幾條(tiao)腿”運(yun)作。
2,車(che)轱轆選用鏜孔(kong)方式,應用數控機床鏜銑床一(yi)回(hui)精(jing)準定位生產加(jia)工,保(bao)證規格精(jing)密度(du)和配合尺寸;
3,每(mei)一端梁(liang)裝有(you)雙輪緣的車轱轆(lu)、緩沖器、驅動器維護和防外遇保護器,安全(quan)性有(you)確保。
4,承重梁與端梁選用10.9級高(gao)強(qiang)螺(luo)栓聯接,保證(zheng)整個設備(bei)構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選用矩形方管制做,車(che)轱轆為無邊緣(yuan)設(she)計方案,路軌與路面每平米。
