承重梁構造
1,承重(zhong)梁(liang)選用歐(ou)式古(gu)典箱型梁(liang)組織(zhi)設計方案,重(zhong)量(liang)輕(qing),合理(li)配置;
2,整(zheng)個PCB線(xian)路板(ban)制做,無對接焊縫,比拼湊(cou)承重梁更(geng)牢固。
3,豎直(zhi)剛(gang)度(du)(du)為(wei)1/800,梁端拱(gong)度(du)(du)由數(shu)控切割整個PCB線路板(ban)開料,精準度(du)(du)高。
4,選用(yong)埋弧焊(han)自(zi)動焊(han)、無損檢測。焊(han)后總體拋(pao)丸除銹,消地應力、防銹處理(li),超過Sa2.5級;
5,厚(hou)鋼板原(yuan)材料為Q235B;環氧富鋅漆,薄(bo)厚(hou)120μm。
端梁一部分
1,端梁選(xuan)用(yong)絞接(jie)軟性(xing)設計方案(an),防止“幾條腿”運作。
2,車轱轆選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)鏜孔(kong)方式,應用(yong)(yong)數控(kong)機床鏜銑床一回精準(zhun)定位生產加工,保證規格精密度(du)和配合尺(chi)寸;
3,每(mei)一(yi)端梁裝有雙輪緣的車(che)轱轆、緩沖器、驅動器維(wei)護(hu)(hu)和防外(wai)遇(yu)保(bao)護(hu)(hu)器,安全性(xing)有確保(bao)。
4,承重梁(liang)與(yu)端梁(liang)選用10.9級高強(qiang)螺(luo)栓(shuan)聯接,保證整個設備構造抗壓強(qiang)度(du)和(he)精密度(du)。
5,半今龍門端梁(liang)選(xuan)用(yong)矩形方管制做,車轱轆為無(wu)邊緣設計方案(an),路軌與(yu)路面(mian)每平(ping)米。
